The rapid increase in the urban population, which is the result of the breakdown of social bonds of families and the weakening of cultural traditions in most of the big cities of the country, has caused many problems in social relations. Apartment living, as a subset of urban life, is one of the topics that has created new consequences and challenges in recent years due to the increase in population and the need for new housing while expanding. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of building density on the social relations of the residents of metropolises (case study of Elaheh neighborhood of Mashhad). This research is of a descriptive-analytical type and is among applied research. The statistical population of Elahia neighborhood is 14474 people and the sample size using Cochran's formula is 374 people. The findings of the research show that the average of all indicators in the first hypothesis was 3.90 and the second hypothesis was 3.96. According to the SWOT model, the most appropriate strategy is the defensive strategy (WT) and it is prioritized over other strategies. The result is that the high density of construction and population in contemporary buildings causes separation, distance and alienation in the human environment, and the existence of communal common spaces in high-rise units, if the spaces have a suitable, desirable and pleasant design, can compensate for the discussed phenomenon to a large extent. and provided a possibility for more interaction of the residents. Of course, this possibility is limited and completely depends on the design of spaces and the amount of population density (users)

Background and Aim: Population growth and the expansion of settlements in high-risk region, especially in developing countries is increasing. In urban areas, the normal effects of natural disasters may not be so damaging but when it comes to human societies and human knowledge Become a natural crisis - a technological one Includes a combination of physical injuries and urban dysfunction.considering the location of Ilam province in terms of seismicity and lack of proper location of its settlements and its location on active faults, identify region unfavorable for earthquake hazard and prevent the establishment of human settlements in these areas is essential to reduce risks in the future which can be mentioned as the most important goal of this research. Methods: The present study has studied the safety of urban planning with the consideration of safety principles.the research a applied developmental approach and a combination research method (descriptive, analytical, and field).Findings and Conclusion:The have been used to analyze by GIS, Grafer, VISIO, SPSS and TOPSIS models.the results show that average vulnerability caused by earthquakes between (0 and 1) in Ilam province, against 0/4 percent.Dehloran urban region has the highest earthquake vulnerability in the physical index among all of the province's cities.also in terms of study; the amount of TOPSIS achieved In this region is 0/6 percent more and the Shirvan region had the lowest level of 0/11 percent.

Every year, a large number of tourists travel to other countries for treatment, and while using medical services, they visit the sightseeing spots of the countries. This method of tourism has become common in most countries of the world and as one of the dimensions of tourism, it helps the sustainable development and dynamism of the country's economy. Due to the low cost and high income of this industry, many developing countries focus their attention on this part of the industry and plan for it. Ahvaz city was done in terms of tourists. T-test was used to analyze the data and test the research hypothesis. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS software. The findings of the research show that the answers to the questions of medical, service and welfare infrastructures in Ahvaz city are equal to 3.41, which shows that the concentration of the answers is far from the average value (3). which indicates a large difference between the sample mean and the test value (3), so the hypothesis is confirmed. The results indicate that medical tourism as one of the pillars of tourism in general and medical tourism in particular has received the attention of many countries in recent decades and many of these countries consider medical tourism as one of the axes of creating employment. They have paid attention to earning foreign currency and so on and have taken significant measures in this regard. In Iran, in this phenomenon, in the fourth and fifth development plans, experts in the field of health and treatment and cultural heritage and tourism organization have received attention.

Background and Objective: The accurate locating and design of industrial areas can be considered a robust step taken to improve the environment, develop industries, and accurate and logical growth of urban and rural areas. In this research, the number of pollutants is measured during the 30 days of November 2023 to examine and analyze the impact of industrial uses of Tabriz City on its air pollution, and its location and placement in Tabriz have increased the air pollution indicators. The mentioned indicators are revised and examined based on the collected data and available data of research through Geographic Information System (GIS) and using library and analytical methods such as the IDW method. Materials and Methods: the variables examined in this study included pollutants and their types over the 30 days of November 2022 in Tabriz Metropolis, which is done through library and data collection methods. Carbon monoxide (CO), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Particulate Matter (PM2.5) and (PM10), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), and Ozon were collected based on the point method in Kajvar, Hakim Nezami, Azerbaijan Square, Hotel Marmar, Namaz Square, Rah Ahan, Bagheshmal, Abresan, and Behdasht Stations. These data are prepared and expressed as pollutant distribution maps for each pollutant in the form of descriptive maps through ARC GIS software based on the Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) method. Findings and Conclusion: The results show that the location of industrial areas in Tabriz does not affect the air pollution rate of Tabriz, and has no negative effect on increasing air pollution in Tabriz.

AbstractClimate change and geographical factors and geographical location on earth have their own precipitation and fluctuations. The geographical features of the place are one of the influencing factors on the rainfall of each region. Also, the role of environmental variables in the amount and distribution of precipitation is undeniable, especially in mountainous areas. Flood vulnerability varies over time and from one region to another, which is due to special natural conditions, human activities, and the risk culture of the society exposed to damage. The effects of environmental factors on climatic elements have caused the increasing use of statistical techniques in climatic studies. Therefore, in the current research, climate change and effective geographical factors in urban floods in Yazd province. In this study, 9 factors of slope, direction of slope, height, network of waterways, rainfall areas, vegetation map, soil map, land use were identified as effective factors for causing floods in the regions. Then the information layers were prepared in the Gis environment. Conclusion According to the conducted research and observations of climate change and geographical factors of the study area, the results show that among the effective factors in causing floods in the study area, the factors of height, slope, amount of rainfall, water network and land use, respectively, are the most important causes of flooding in the region. that the studied area is in a very high-risk category, and the results of the study indicate the high potential of the area in terms of flood risk due to geographical

The fueling capacity, mainly due to the inappropriate geographical distribution, does not meet the needs, therefore, it is necessary to provide a model for the development of the network of urban fuel stations by examining studies on the optimal location of the stations, so that the correct distribution of the stations in the city, in addition to preventing the problems that occur in The future is imposed on the city, to prevent the waste of energy and the efficiency of existing facilities and resources. With the growth of the population, especially in big cities, the volume of demand for public services has increased. Also, the need to create multiple fuel stations is felt more than in the past. Choosing the right location is one of the most important aspects of business success. The most important problem in providing services in this sector is the lack of proper distribution of stations in terms of quantity and the limited functional radius of the stations. As a result, it is necessary to examine the quantitative and qualitative distribution of fuel stations. In the fuel industry, the problem of choosing a gas station location includes several quantitative and qualitative factors, including the number of other stations in the area, the direction of traffic, the social composition of the surrounding residential area, and the limited structure of the station. The choice of location significantly affects the success of the business. In particular, the choice of location for fuel stations is determined by investment constraints in facilities and criteria that include a series of social services. The purpose of this article is to introduce some common techniques of operational research in the location of gas stations.
